first things first, take two out of nado and put them on crescent cleave. nado level 5 and level 3 are the same thing, crescent cleave at 5 is insane burst DPS on nest-sized bosses
the loss of frenzied charge hurts when bossing, even as a moon lord, it REALLY deals massive damage, you'd have to sacrifice something for it though.
that'd be my only complaints with it, maybe get rid of hacking stance to get the bigger tornado if you really don't want frenzied charge.
