Grow up typically mean's to gain some more maturity, by "growing up" I'm saying, I matured, saw that fighting against it was pointless and left. Other people just succumbed to the peer pressure and temptation, which is immature itself, to play further.
The game is broken by your definition, and I tend to agree with you, BUT that doesn't mean the game is actually broken. That all depends on who you ask! Quitting maplestory is nothing but personal preference, I'll be joining you in quitland shortly though
