I have another open question (and I might probably just do the math by myself later this evening):

Does having Combat Orders (+2) help OSFB compete with FT spam? This would be more applicable on bosses, too, where one is likely to meet a Paladin party member and make better use of FB's bonuses and the swing range increase.

Combat Orders would help Final Toss more since it gains a 1.7/1.6x increase over the miniscule 365/355 for Final Blow etc.
