Correct, if we are to assume the 1st division is the strongest, then it's vicecaptain should be the strongest among it's rank, which means "oh pineapple" for the other vice captains. Also kriegserklärung: Declaration of War in german. These guys are obviously German
I'm shocked for this chapter. If those guys were able to get into Soul Society and get to Yamamoto without breaking a sweat, they probably are on par with Aizen before he turned into a butterfly?
To finish, I don't know how I didn't think of this before but despite it's arrancar name, Ivan probably is a quincy human with a hollow side, just like Ichigo is a shinigami with a hollow side.
