Frankly, Fate Stay Night was awful in an "Oh god, I remember all these cliches and tropes from the early-mid 2000s and I really wish I didn't" way. And it has the most pathetic and irritating male lead.
Fate Zero is pretty sweet, although heavy on dialogue and exposition. There's really no order. You could watch either one first or not watch one at all.

Medaka Box - Gainax and NisiOisiN... what's the worst that could happen? (Whatever the answer to that is, I hope it happens and this show is a royal clusterfuck. I kinda hope that with every Gainax show. They're really good at fun clusterfucks)
Sakamachi no Apollon - Not the most riveting synopsis, but I think I have to watch it. Noitamina, Watanabe, Yoko Kanno, and jazz. No choice. It must be watched.
Accel World - maybe?
Tsuritama - Oh hell yes. Which reminds me, I need to finish Kuchu Buranko some day.
Kikansha Thomas - Show of the season right here. Gonna import that pomegranate on Blu-ray

Upotte - Really. Strike Witches wasn't enough?
