Im just saying that you cant juice IE for what its worth without some extra ASP/Critchance. A frozen hammer for extra hp and the slow proc could have worked just as great in his riven build.

Chillax man, I'm not assuming I know you (and I doubt Kaj is either). I'm just assuming stuff based on the vagueness of your answer, because what else were we supposed to do? Not answer? (actually that's what I was going to do until Kaj posted, so I just defended his reasoning).
Assuming is wrong and you should feel ashamed for it. Instead of assuming wrong things you can ask instead for more clarification.
