From the video it still seems like Pinkie Pie is severely underpowered, you have to really master her style to do incredible combos. And even then, those combos only take as much life as normal moves from other ponies which require much less ability.
Rarity is looking quite nice with all the ways she can control the playing field in the medium-long range.
