Just asking is it possible to achieve caps damage for hero (brave slash), paladin (blasts), dk (di), arans (overswing only), demonslayer (wadever), with just

warrior tops and btm, with legendary potential tiered stuff and only that 140 weapon
without cygnus sets.

Not sure what you're asking, but Heros hitting consistent caps with IS have existed before Empress and Legendary potential, so obviously it's possible with. I think the range required is somewhere around 100k-150k, depending on boss damage and ignore def. I don't think you can attain that range with only three pieces of equipment (top, bottom, weapon), no matter how godly scrolled and potentialled.
