Microsoft reveils new Windows 8 logo! :D

Yeah I know, the whole Metro interface (for desktops) is because Microsoft wanted to have an APP store for themselves. They saw the billions Apple and Google make with their APP stores, so yeah, this is their answer.

I'm kind if curious though, how Microsoft will respond to a project that will replace their APP store with another one (completely full of free APPS of course, like freeware is today).

I wonder if they will prevent that somehow, and if so if the USA/EU will fine them again for billions of dollars/euro like they did with Internet Explorer. :+)

Google doesn't actually make that much money from apps, compared to Apple at least.
