Soraka still es #1 support, even after she got nerfed. I'm very used to the changes now; I only heal when necessary, but what I can still do like before is give tons of mana to my AD carry partner (giving 200 mana to an ally using max rank Infuse on some champs is pretty sickening because I watch that mana bar shoot up by up to 40%) and still be able to harass with Infuse.
