I read your post.
Your argument that PvP is temporarily disabled isn't a real defense because when it finally does come back, those reasons of yours for this change being useful may not even apply anymore.
Of course that's besides the fact that DBs suck in PvP anyway and that literally all the hype from PvE changes are hyped for PvE reasons. Chains of hell has no PvE benefit not now not ever. Deal with it.
