curious... what else besides dex eqrrings (no mesos for anything at all, so this is for future reference)

2str, 7 dex shoes
10 atk wg
2/6 PAC

I have Hurricane 20, but not enough points into it to try an upgrade
passed expertness 20, should i aim for 30?
No concentrate: should i hunt for th book?
i got like 5 mil to spend lol
