That begin said, it's very unlikely that Nexon will divulge any sort of "secret" information to the the participants of a focus group. The NDA is used more-so as a scare tactic.
I was merely basing it off the fact that you can't enforce a contract that would break a law, for instance I could never enforce a contract that made someone my slave regardless of whether or not they signed it. I would think that signing an NDA would go against our first amendment right to free speech I am however, as I said earlier not a lawyer though I would love to hear from someone more knowledgeable on the subject.
