That particular mod no longer works with the newer versions of the game, and the user who created it hasn't even been active on the mod site since November. It's shame since it was an incredibly valuable mod. Someone else who tried to pick up the project became inactive as well and never updated their mod. The site basically has died as far as mods go as most of it is now leechers instead of any creators at all. No helpful mods are created anymore.

If I had my way the game would work like this
-Maximum enhancement level is 6
-Enhancement system changed to always be 100%
-Sparks changed to allow you to choose which spark you want.
-You can apply the same enhancement 3 times to one piece of gear (Ex - 4.5% strength x 3)
No offense Rusty, but these particular suggestions are garbage.
