- Aw Riot's starting to see Cassiopeia as strong.
- GP's Parrley mana cost increased and reduced effective range on his Raise Morale. I can see why Parrley needed a mana cost increase (harassment), but I wonder why the range nerf on Raise Morale....?
- Well there goes frequent (free) harass for Kennen's Q.
- Those massive Shen buffs........brb changing my pants.
- WW buffs...not sure how effective it'll be in making him a viable jungler again. Looks pretty nice from the surface, though
