That heat sink just seems wildly excessive for such use. The problem with the Ripjaws is their high profile fins would likely be blocked by the heat sink. I have Ripjaw Xs with the PRO version of your motherboard there, and the closest slot is blocked by my Cooler Master Hyper 212+, or it has bare millimeters of clearance.
I would recommend the Hyper 212+ like Danparkk. They're about $35~40 and the highest rated heat sink on Newegg at 2500+ votes.
