Again, you might as well downgrade the mobo since the case does not support 3.0 on the front USBs.
Great cooler choice, Noctua makes rock steady products, but you might want to look into swapping your RAM for low-profile heatsinks.
Rosewill makes great products for the price, you might want to look into cable extenders, but it seems alright.
If your friend doesn't have a storage HDD you're going to need to get one, 64 GB will not cut it.
Unless it's a true budget build, might as well invest a bit more in the case
