One Piece thread (Spoilers)

It hasn't been said whether Doflamingo has a devil fruit ability. For all we know, he could be using extremely fine, yet sharp strings to cut and control people. The people he controls can still think for themselves, they just can't control their body. If it's a physical thing, I think Zoro can most probably handle it. Usopp might be able to too, considering he's a ranged fighter.

If I recall he has the string string fruit, I can't remember but one of the episodes did say something along those lines. Also in the one piece games, don flamingo does take damage in the water. It's speculation but I'm pretty sure it's assumed kind of like the admiral with spider legs out of his hair and apoo's.
