As far as I'm aware they don't use the TV broadcast for their subs. Pretty sure they use the streams.

Then wth happened ;_______; Can someone who remembers post the similar inori scene and what happened? I think it was a bunch of thugs or something and then they all died.

Don't really know. The way it happened seemed like Inori killed her, but in the preview she is shown alive, so we have to wait until next week to find out what happened, if it's shown then. And yeah, Inori killed those 3 or 4 guys that approached her a few episodes back, I think. It wasn't shown how though, but it does seem like it whatever it was, it was pretty similar to what she did to her at the end of this last episode.
