Potential = untouched weapons. It's been too long since I've played, so maybe things have changed with scrolling?
Nothing has changed really.
Major changes
>Equipment Enhancement scrolls cannot be applied unless you have 0 slots.
>Potential scrolls only work on items that have not been potentialed
>EPIC Potential scrolls work on both non-potentialed items and rare potential items.
>Tims Lab (cs item) works as a 100% potential scroll
>Lucky day scrolls add 10% pass rate to all scrolls except potential (i think) and equipment enhancement.
>Protection Scrolls/Shielding Wards protect an item from blowing up, but not the slot.
>Pink 50% 2hd weapon scrolls work on ALL 2hd weapons (And were mass duped)
>GM scrolls were added accidentally and mass duped
>Legend scrolls only work on Legend equipment.
