Therefore, Saurus' fire elestra build yields high freeze rate (usually allowing 1.5x ~ 3x damage) while retaining high damage output with fire skills (but less overall damage compared to seleana). The ice skills are not gotten because they don't do that much damage and you can inflict ice resist debuff through icy shards EX / icy gust (low delay, low CD).
I guess I'm just going to follow his build then. I guess I'll stack %magic damage, or maybe % fire, and hopefully at higher level caps ice skills won't just be for the freezing...doubt it but we'll see.
And I've noticed that Inferno seems to consistently outdamage Chilling Mist. Makes me sad
Dropping a lot of ice skills entirely doesn't seem bad anymore.I don't really think I should use Shatter or Ignite, since shatter ruins all the freezing you've done and burn damage is probably better than anything ignite can do.
