3x Event + Lunar Dews and more!~

I go and buy a 2x so I can try 9.6x before the 3x ends and what do I get 5 winds, in freaking 4 hours of 9.6x I only get 5 and the worst part is that it started great with 3 drops in about 20 minutes but then the next one dropped about two hours later and the last one, you guessed it also about two hours later, ugh if it wasn't because its actually better than with 1.6x drop I would just do something else or at least not force me to grind for four hours straight (and not mentioning that I d/c'ed about 100 times due to the pet loot glitch).
