Sorry, the evolving ring event expired on 2/7

Does it still upgrade it today? Or does it just make it tradeable at whatever level it's currently at?

It's supposed to do the bolded, based on their rather in-depth description from when the event started.

I believe that's what it did in the past events. 90% sure.

You people sure are quick to forget that this happened with Evo 1 AND Evo 2.
