Also, you're slow.

I already had a feeling sometime back she might get toned down ever since she was buffed last time. The previous buff she got - the 5% reduction in Ricochet bounce damage - and combined with what she already had in her kit made her a really good ranged AD champion.

Knowing (or having a feeling) that a champion might be subjected to a nerf doesn't mean that I have call it out publicly weeks beforehand.

Or I can say that Cassiopeia is a pretty damn strong mid AP champion, and I do have an honest feeling she might be up for tweaks in the months ahead if many people figure out how to play her, and/or if the situation then requires it. Inb4 you say I'm "slow" on this....months from now. In fact, to put it bluntly, I don't even expect you to take this statement seriously
