Because having xxx base int+int gear is more cost efficient your points in mp are worth double so you don't have to double wash as much to get back the ap u spent to ur main stat and with base int you can use % int eguips. Using two ap full ap resets from legend shop costs him nothing but time but gives him double the reward. W/e ur vendetta is for me its stupid
