Her traps are able to interrupt and then snare the target. I'm fairly sure of this as an avid Caitlyn and Fiddlesticks player. Regardless it doesn't matter that much when she can just net shot back and use her monstrous range to keep punishing him. She's still very much a counter to him. Granted Caitlyn is a counter to a lot of champions in laning.
