I mean, what does ad kat get that makes her anymore tanky? Rylias gets her to about 2.2k+ hp, which is pretty decent as she is a squishy champ. I dunno, I personally love playing her ap and it works well for me. If I ever do ranked, I probably wouldn't go kat unless under specific circumstances(not much cc/lots of squishy champs). But yeah, strong cc her once and the combo is done, but that applies to kat in general.
