Haha shinku doesn't this all sound familiar to you? I was telling people this before I quit. But don't misunderestand, I'm not calling you a parrot, simply starting to see the game as I saw it. It will never get better shinku, I know you're in a state of mind where you think you hit bottom, and it will only go up from here, but it's only going to get worse. So take advantage of what you can or just leave, because at the current destination, you'll be left in the dust anyway.

Can you guys imagine? Back in 06-07 you were cut off from boss runs if you even had a hacker on your BL. Now you'll be kicked from boss runs because you don't have good enough gear, aka hacked gear. Soon that will become a minimum, even the NX players will have difficulty keeping up, assuming they stay with legitimate gear.

A game where you're punished for being legit, can you guys not see it coming? Or is it already here?

hahaha, you still don't know me completely, i never disagreed with you, what i did rather than accepting it, i decided to ignore it with a laugh, like i have always done and still do (see: following dupers around)

this is nexon too, believe me when i say that i don't believe i have hit rock bottom, by far, i still am pretty fine where i am, and will probably go even deeper, i do runs with people not for their gear, but because they are pals, i still enjoy the game, what i say though, is that with how crappy it's become, i'd rather not worry about legitness as much as having fun, if i dupe anything, it won't be for selling or becoming richer, it would be to improve my char, i barely even visit the FM these days. and my gear is all "legit" 2 pieces were made through duping ages ago, everything else i've scrolled and enhanced myself, with obviously duped WS and GM scrolls sold in FM (for my weapons at least) and handmade in the case of my gears.

if anything, this MMORPG has lost the "challenge yourself to be the very best amongst them all" part that most MMORPG's have, just reach a level which you find fun, without comparing yourself to others, legits, hackers, and anything in-between, literally: play for fun.

i've shared your views for a long time, just not all of your methods, it's why i still don't buy items from hacking sites, nor meso or NX, and even if i got obvious hackers in BL, they are the ones with which i try to deal the less in any money-related issue.

I really don't think anyone is behind this series of crashes. Nexon's bad at most things, but they have a good track record at patching packet related crashes especially when it's being going on all day.

Other than that, I agree totally. How can you expect people to comply when the most they can expect is a slap on the wrist. Only twice has Nexon done something I find appropriate and that was the chaos scroll incident, where just about anyone who profited from scrolls was perma banned, and the meso exploit relating to storages where they actually did wide spread MAC address bans on exploiters before a certain date. Both were extreme, but deterred mainstream hackers.

Those won't stop actual hackers though because it's so profitable. It's odd that most people don't realize how many dupes there were pre-4th job era, people with mules full of white scrolls still exist, but it was limited to a handful of individuals.

when i said crash, i meant in general, like the nexon ones that happened in Big bang, that were purely their fault, or the CvP ones which were triggered by hackers, and not fixed until pomegranate hit the fan and went public.
