People were ddosing Nexon's servers using botnets.
You don't have to believe it, but it's what happened.
Why do you guys think it kept crashing even after the sc's?
Notice how it slowed down the crashing after each one? That's cause they updated their security.
I'm friends with someone who knows the people doing it so keep believing what you want
