I had to change it to:
<Disable Change Channel = value 2 TRUE>
<Enable Change Channel = value 1 TRUE>
<True=1>
Simple mistake that was present for like 7 months. Sorry Maplers.
On topic: I noticed this was fixed for me awhile ago, it's nice that they finally fixed it
