WotA is pretty strong, especially on constant DPSers like Cassiopeia. It's utterly gross on her.
From personal experience I can say that it doesn't work well on Anivia. She ooms very fast if you spam, plus she's mainly AoE damage. It also does not work on Fizz because the damage from his Q itself is somewhat negligible, and his other two skills that benefit are AoEs that can't really be spammed.

Auto-attack magic damage does not benefit from spellvamp or lifesteal. You shouldn't be getting Gunblade on Koggles since AP generally isn't good on him, and benefits from spellvamp are very poor.
