if it were more than one person they would be able to take shifts and crash all 24 hours, boosting their profits from duping. Also the person is likely to in East Asia/ West Pacific Ocean area given the times it has been crashing

This is probably how the crashes will stop.
A) the duper will probably eventually find that he/she has had enough and wants to stop him/herself duping. However he/she cannot resist the thrill of it. He/She releases the method on a h@cking website and it is patched by nexon
B) the duper shares it with a few friends. the friends annoy him/her with excessive duping and/or take too much of the profit or they deflate the goods too much. the friends will probably not be as patient as the creator of the server crash, and will dump the duped goods on the market. Creator of the crash is annoyed and releases hack to preserve the value of his/her own duped goods.

probably very patient and neat. short and skinny person, probably a male. played maplestory at some point. probably in a course at university doing computer science. Likely at a second tier university - not the top ranked ones but not a crap one.
Person is calm and neat and enjoys good regular sleeping breaks. Therefore probably looks neatly dressed, albeit a bit nerdily in appearance; probably wears glasses. In good health due to regular sleep. Face also probably free of acne due to regular sleep, probably has a small head if a male.
