Possible to sue companies for lack of security/support?

This all reminds me of this one thread on the Nexon forums where one user was advocating others to increase their own account security.

...till it derailed into theoretical, legal scenarios between one adamant, but monotonous user, who kept droning on and on about how the ToS was binding and Nexon owes players nothing at all, and everyone else.

Except I think the guy over there was well versed in law.

Was the guy named Psychpillow?
I know him, he gets on my nerves. Went on the Nexon forums for about 3 days, that idiot made me never go there again.
He spews Nexon propaganda without active thought.
