The problem with the solar interference theory is that there's no reason I can think of that explains what Nexon is using a satellite for or why all of their games would be reliant upon it. This has never happened in the past that I'm aware of so unless this 100% reliance on a satellite has developed in the last 6 months, I find it exceptionally unlikely.
