I like to imagine Nexon America's technical team as a bunch of elderly people who have been working at the company for decades.
Then, one day, the company decided to "modernize" by purchasing and implementing some of these new-fangled computers, forcing the technologically inept to 'adapt'.
And by 'adapt' I mean "yell and throw things when stuff goes wrong, try to restart it, and then yell and throw more things when that doesn't fix anything."
No, that doesn't make any sort of sense, but at least it allows me to imagine Nexon's office as full of the elderly yelling at inanimate objects.
