I'm starting to think he's wrong, because I absolutely destroy. Especially in Aswan, where they're boss mobs (I think), they have high defense (guard crush gives me a huge advantage), they're always in groups of 8-10, and it only takes 3 DS casts to charge energy.
So in high-def high-mobcount situations, we are probably #1 honestly. In terms of bossing I think we're just a few from the top from what I've seen.
