Test your reaction! My reaction isn't my strong suit, so I only scored a measily 0.2564 seconds average. I bet it will go down quite a bit if I tried again....
I think it's been known for a while that the implementation they're doing would allow buy-backs as long as you don't leave the fountain area. (technically you can buy outside of the fountain area though)
