Fast forward to 1:50 (no delay Mech combat step), it also works in tank mode, and it's faster then flash jump/variants:

Anyway:
- Siege hits 6x in 210ms, making it it hit 28.57x per second + 1 hit per second from satellites + 1 hit per second from factory = 30.57 hits per second
- Mercedes hits 2x in 120ms, 16.67x per second with 70% final attack, which boosts it to 28.33 hits per second + 0.33 hit per second from summon = 28.67 hits per second

So in theory, Mechs will always outdamage Mercs, if you just buy enough NX.
