Weird, I had that glitch... without the npc shop.
Basically, I completed the quest, but DCed before completing it...
Logged back in, she made me start it again, but I still had the other? Well, she takes the fully grown one, and I still have the "unevolved" one. Then, she starts the quest again... so I end up with 2 unevolved trophies.
