It also saves people the need to buy cash items for charm (although I'd assume those who were willing to pay for it already did).
So, they might actually rush to fix it.
The same could be said for people "Abusing" the 99NX sales, although this is much worse as most people only used the 99NX sales to get to lvl 30 Charm and then stop.
