If you are planning on doing element%, well, your rings will be where most of it comes from. You could go for ice% on your weapons too. It's really up to your preference. If you're pure ice, I think looking for the ice% would be worth it. If you're more hybrid (with fire skills for extra dps), get that crit up.
Though I have no idea how element% works in terms of range still. Is it additive or multiplicative? My seleana has 41% fire with 2.4k matk, does that equate to like a 3k range for fire attacks?
How do I stack crit? I already have the 17% on my weapon, along with intellect and magic damage. My orb is 15% mp recovery and intellect and magic damage. Both came out really well
Staff is +9 and orb is +12 (yay free geode!)
