But considering the rush to end the arc, that wasn't really flushed out at all.
If he wanted/had to end the Arc so fast, It would have been better to derail it than rushing it like he did. Everything went so fast that we couldn't grasp all that was going on. or maybe he did?.
Also, I don't see why japanese people were so anxious to see the Gotei 13 back. IDK about you but I didn't mind the idea of seeing Chad, Orihime, Inoue, Uryuu and the rest of Xcution be the main stars for a while, fighting as allies against Tsukishima and other baddies as it was at first.
