I don't think it's as high as $1,000,000, however I don't think it's as low as $66,000 either...
Didn't the trainers that people bought only last for a month or so? At least that's what my friend told me...so maybe taking Locked's 3,300 people and multiplying that by $240 (12 months x $20 per month)...looking at about $792,000...still a huge chunk of money however you look at it.
Either way I'll be keeping up with this story as I am always interested in how online-based lawsuits turn out...such a subjective world in a lot of cases when it comes to laws pertaining to online issues.
