That article is completely wrong. Riukuzaki (the one in Waco, Texas) isn't the one profiting off the licenses. His programs for the most part are free, and only takes donations. The only money he makes is the little bit he gets paid for helping code VIP additions for that site. Bizarro is the one who is making the actual money.
And for the taxes, it's called off shore bank accounts.
Not to mention the one "Vincent Hai" is a 15 year old kid on the website and has nothing to do with the program being sold at all..
