Suing individuals for hacking is a losing battle.
The intent of this is to stop those who know how to do it from allowing others to do it.


Until they're hit hard with the hammer which will be much easier to do with all the rabble cleared out.

Just to clarify that I wasn't suggesting every hacker be hunted down and be prosecuted, that is ridiculous lol. My point was, for both posts, that even though this may take out a big head of the snake, unless they follow up on it in game, the damage is already done. Also the fear factor becomes a huge part of this as not only the distributors but the users might even become hesistant to risk this.
