@Rusty: The windswept bug doesn't make swords fall anymore so that part of the effect just doesn't happen. When it does happen, it drops the target's crit resist in half which is extremely helpful against things like bolty and dragon nests.
Also the build you did looks fine. The only thing you might want to keep in mind is level 11 kick shot. In tempest videos, when you notice they have a string of black after images following them, that's kick shot EX. It lets you chase them farther.
Pretty sure you'll enjoy tempest too since it's considered the god of PvP right now.
I'm saying that I tested it out myself. I went to the ogre boss, used uncrafted helm + life giving chest + uncrafted axe + windswept gauntlet and noticed constant crit breaking like normal. I have 6k crit in that gear so If the ogre's crit resist was truly reduced I should have seen more crits.
during my entire axe tornado duration I saw 1 crit happen. If that's what windswept is supposed to do then fine, but as of right now it's definitely not reducing crit resist.
