i'm going to say, DS are pretty much like a rollercoaster, they hit pretty darn hard and have awesome mobility provided you don't lag, but dear god, the HP drain is killing me, same thing on tespia, they EAT potions until you advance well enough into third job to have mastered the parry and fury skills, that's when it kind of evens out (honestly, i received more damage from my skills than from the monsters)
third job DS are just butt-fucking-amazing at 90 or so, even in tespia with measly 10% str i was raping at the mp3 map (heck, with the force typhoon or whatever it was called, i was raping at 50)
