You know how you can't pack up your toiletries in your suitcase until the very day you leave wherever you're staying to go elsewhere? Well, Nexon doesn't seem to know. If you buy a plane ticket, they feel free to pluck you and your incomplete suitcase and put you on the plane, whenever they feel like it, and don't think they should give you time to get your toothbrush from the bathroom.

Had this game been run by Blizzard, Valve, or Jagex, yes it would indeed be a good idea to do such a thing.
However, because this is nex-failpomegranate-on, you gotta pack EVERYTHING your transfer character needs the split second you buy the transfer, then temp quit that character until the transfer passes, even if it takes over a month to due so (due to USC incompetence). Because unexpected transfers were ASSUMED to be a problem since the day transfers came out. That's how bad Nexon is.
