methods of getting level 30 charm?

how much charm do you actually need to get to 30?

the zakum method sounds simple enough although I was hoping for something I can do in the low levels.
Monster Park sounds good though.

thanks for all the feedback, I definitly won't be spending $25 just to have 5 more attack and alittle all stat.
