Oh they ruined our game, but we'll give them a chance to redeem themselves because we're so nice and they will change their ways once they know that we will remove their items.
Granted they could just remake a new account, it would be farm better to just eliminate their entire presence.
they know there are players who spent thousands just for one item. Now if you are going to ban that person. You lost your future profit f3
